Review Process

Jurnal UTILITIES Ekonomi Bisnis  applies the review process policy as follows:

  1. The manuscript sent by the author will go through a review process by the editor, especially checking the suitability of the manuscript with the scope of the journal and conformity with the Journal template. In this process, the editor will establish communication with the author so that the manuscript is worthy of being sent to the reviewer or even returned / declined.
  2. Manuscripts that have passed step 1 above, then sent to 2 reviewers to review their content with the blind peer review method.
  3. As a tool that maintains the level of plagiarism under the provisions of the journal, Sinergi Manajemen Jurnal  Incentive uses Ithenticate software.
  4. The review process will consider novelty, objectivity, methods, scientific impact, conclusions, and references.
  5. The reviewer will suggest improvements and/or acceptance/rejection of the article.
  6. The editor will decide by considering the suggestions of the reviewer whether the manuscript meets the requirements of the Journal of UTILITIES Business Economics
  7. The editor's decision is final.

Peer Review Process

  1. Articles published in Journal of UTILITIES Business Economics are reviewed by 2 peer review.
  2. Journal reviews apply a double blind review
  3. Plagiarism screening of manuscripts submitted to JENIUS (Journal of Scientific Human Resource Management) is carried out using an editorial system and reviewers are also assisted by checking on Turnitinand/or Plagiarism Checker X.
  4. Revisions are needed according to the reviewer's suggestions (in the form of recommendations).
  5. In conducting a review, the reviewer considers: the novelty of the topic, objectivity, methods, scientific impacts/implications, conclusions and references. Choose one of the final recommendations, namely:
  1. Accept Submission. Receive articles without any revisions given;
  2. Revision Required. Provide revisions without having to do a re-review. After the author revises the script, it immediately proceeds to the editing process;
  3. Resubmit for Review. Provide revisions and after the author revises the manuscript, it is reviewed agai;
  4. Resubmit elsewhere: manuscripts are rejected and suggested to be submitted to other journals;
  5. Decline Submission. Reject writing because the quality does not meet the requirements;
  6. See comments: revisions are needed according to the reviewer's suggestions (in the form of recommendations).
