Abstract

The aim of this study is to find out the impact of Telkopay Application Kosninyasi System and Price on Customer Satisfaction in Depok City. The method used in research is a quantitative descriptive method with an associative approach. The sampling techniques used are probability samplings, methods of sampled using slovin theory. The analysis uses regression analysis, correlation coefficient analysis, determination coffice analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study were Consignation System (X1) and Price (X2) positively and significantly influenced in terms of Customer Satisfaction (Y) with the regression equation Y= 3,959 + 0,383 X1+ 0,678 X2 + α. The determination coefficient was simultaneously affected by 0.926. The test of the hypothesis perpendicularly obtains the result of the Consignation System (X1) of Thitung >Table or (11.596 > 1.661). Then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. This means that there is a positive and significant influence between the independent variable System of Consignment (X1) and Customer Satisfaction (Y). The partial hypothesis test obtains the result Price (X2) of Thitung > Table or (18,983> 1,661). Then H0 is rejected and H2 is accepted. This means there is positive and meaningful influence of the internal variable independent Price(X2) on customer satisfaction(Y). Simultaneous hypothetical testing of the variables System of Konsignation (X1 and Price(x2) obtaining the result of Calculation >Ftable or (284,631 > 3,09). Thus H0 rejects and H3 accepts, meaning that the Consignation System (X1), and the price (X2), together have a positive influence on customer satisfying (Y).
