The Influence of Work Discipline and Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia (Al-Azhar) Depok Sawangan City

The purpose of this research was to determine the effect of work discipline and work motivation have on employee performance at Rumah Gemilang Indonesia (Al- Azhar) Depok Sawangan City, either partially or simultaneously. The method used is quantitative. The results showed that the t test of work discipline variables had an effect on employee performance, with tcount > ttable (9.747 > 1.993), for the work motivation variable the results were tcount > ttable (10.311 > 1.993), meanwhile, the three variables were tested simultaneously (f test) and got the result that Fcount was greater than Ftable (57.712 > 2.73). The multiple linear regression produces the equation Y = 10,404+ 0,241X1 + 0,329X2 + 0,379X3. The result of the partial correlation of the X1 variable is 0.752. X2 is 0.770. Simultaneous correlation results of 0.842. Meanwhile, the coefficient of determination (R2) results obtained that work discipline and work motivation affect the employee performance variable by 0.709 or 70.9% while the rest of (100-70.9) = 29.1% is influenced by other factors that are not carried out this research. From these results it can be concluded that Work Discipline and Work Motivation have a positive and significant influence on Employee Performance.
